About Us

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church has been ministering to the Prior Lake community since its incorporation in 1924.  As a member congregation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, St. Paul’s holds a strong commitment to the authority of the Bible as the Word of God, the celebration of the Sacraments of Holy Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, to supporting missions locally, nationally, and internationally, and to promoting the fellowship of believers inside and outside of the congregation.  

In 1982, the congregation expanded its ministry when it began a Christian day school.  With classes from pre-school through 6th grade, St. Paul’s Lutheran School numbers over 100 students.

With its motto of “Committed to Christ, Connecting with Others” St. Paul’s seeks to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a hurting world.
